Who knows anything about this thief? I need a last name, in order for a friend of mine to file a police report against him. Mr. Bob Bratton isn't returning his phone calls so they can get any information. How would this Max person like it if I came into his house with MY family and started rummaging around in his shit? Taking whatever I wanted? STEALING from a small child. TAKING ALL OF A WOMANS BRAS? WTF do you need them for Max? By the way, there are witnesses to this CRIME, Max.

Let me lay this out so even someone as simple as you can understand. This person has a rent reciept dated August 11. Their electricity was disconnected on the 15 due to unforseeable circumstances. It happens. The next day, this Max person comes into the house, spouting something about "abandonment laws", and starts pilfering in their belongings. He says he does it all the time and gets some "good stuff". This was all said in front of this persons brother. The police were called and he said he had to leave to go take a shower. After the police left, he came back, unshowered, with his wife and two kids and proceeded to STEAL the following items: a blue ray dvd player and blue ray dvd collection, an HD dvd player, a Wii, a 2 dollar bill collection, and old money collection (belonging to a 2 yr old child), approximately 50 pieces of jewelery, and to top it off ALL of a woman's bras!! WTF? This man needs to be in jail, and hopefully he will be soon. I'm thinking residential burgalry, and THEFT! The Paragould Police, Greene County Sheriff's Office, State Police, and 3 lawyers have never heard of this "abandonment" law. I think I have my facts pretty straight, "unavailable". Now it's time for YOU to STFU, moron. LEARN HOW TO SPELL!!.....P.S. I can be "AVAILABLE" to discuss this in person, if you have the stones. Otherwise, I repeat,SHUT THE F&#K UP!

That guy did the same thing to my mother and her husband... only they were moving out and had had the electric turned off and transferred to their new home. My stepfather called the cops though, and they had to give them until like 5pm to get their stuff out. I've never heard any law like that, dude needs to get a real job and stop stealing people shit! And Bratton's Real Estate are asses for sending him to do it.

Oh turn him in, also Brattens can get into big trouble for paying under the table, You know the goverment wants their money. If they are turned in, there will be no Bratton real estate. I know the trailors on north end, are not liveable, they keep renting them out. The traior park by Rudi's and the old Pat and Mike's grocery store. They have a couple managing the place that is questionable, if you know what I mean.

it really shows how much you know if you really knew him like you think you u do you would know he doesnt draw disability nor is he on hud and he did not steal anything from you. he has a very good living he doesnt have to resort to stealing. so unless you really know what your talking about you really need to keep your mouth shut.

so do you mean to say that him going into a home 3 days after the rent is paid taking all this persons belongings is not theft? what does he do with all the stuff that he took from this persons home? is this how he makes his good living? is he taking these personal possessions and selling them to make his "very good living"? i am sorry but i do not see how that going into a persons home taking their personal possessions without just cause is any thing other than theft. why would he run and hide when the police were called to the home? if he was within his legal right he would have stayed there and showed the police why he was doing what he was doing. he would have a piece of paper stating he was there to evict the person but from my understanding the person was not served with an eviction notice only came home to find someone taking her stuff with the locks changed 3 days after she paid her rent.
can you please explain to me how this is in any way right by law.

Believe me, Max. This is going to be persued to the end, one way or another. "Unavailable", you bother me, like a [email protected] mosquito, or should I say "skeeter", so you can understand? I think I have the facts straight. Apparently there are other people that have been done the same way. I know people in this town, and I can find out what I need to known one way or another. Just trying to be nice. I'm not tryin to brag, but I mean what I say. Shut your mouth "SKEETER" and quit trying to defend an OBVIOUS thief! I'm beginning to think that youre actually Max, but lets play this out, and see who comes out on top. Shall we? If there are too many big words in this post..........GET A [email protected] DICTIONARY!! Moron......
