whatever you do don't buy the Samsung galaxy precedent, it is powered by sprint, and you won't get good service at all!!! Try to find a phone that is powered by at&t!

I also have the E71 and when I got it, my service went to sh*t in comparison to what it was before. But if you already have a t & t then you won't have a problem. I haven't gotten my new phone yet, can't help ya on the android powered phones. Straighttalk is decent, though. You can't beat 50 for unlimited everything.

Buy the e71 and use the sim in a good android or iphone, that is what i do. I use my e71 sim in an att galaxy s, it will work in any att phone or unlocked tmobile smart phone.

the coverage area for the smart phones suck, but the plain jane phones have a much better coverage area, why is that? they have two seperate coverages maps for straight talk, one andorid phone coverage and reg. non andriod coverage map. I dont understand that

The regular phones use Verizon's network. The smart phones use AT&T. Didn't know they also used Sprint though. The maps on the boxes are different colors for the different networks.

Straight Talk has many good Samsung's smartphones and the coverage is also good. The good things about the service is that there are no contract and most of the plans are unlimited. So, there is no surprising bill at the end of the month. www.smartandroidphone.com

Does anyone use an At&t android with go-phone? I was wondering how much the data would cost.

They have recently got it fixed so you can use any phone that takes a sims card with straighttalk . All you have to do is call straighttalk and tell them what kind of phone you have and they will send you a sims card , it doesn't matter if its a smart phone or not. We live in the county and my daughter has a galaxy 3 smart phone att but uses straighttalk and has no problem with it. And its not 50 a month its 45 a month for unlimited everything including data. My opion you can't beat it.

The phones with a V in the left hand corner run off of Verizon. Only a few are sold in paragould. All the phones sold in Mt. Home are Verizon. I have an android, my husband and child have an iphone. All work great. We are very happy. The only draw back is that our phones do not have insurance.
