Yes, I thought the same thing. They've been slowly going down hill a while now, like most of the other restaurants here. I really miss Bonanza!

Bonanza became one of the worst places to eat before it closed. Casa Brava used to be good but last time we ate there it was bad. I don't trust them.

Hummm,.. If u dont like it then why go?? I can tell u they make their food fresh every day.It is the best mexican food!! I travel alot & by far its the best. Ithink I know the one complaining, But If I was u I would stop coming back & making a fool out of urself. I have sit & watched u complain & yell in the resturant.Firstly the folks who work there r humans not slaves & the way u ordered them around was terriable. Then u post stuff. Just because u dont like someone doesnt mean u have to make it hard on everyone else. I am just acustomer who knows what I have seen. To the point the food is excellant, otherwise it wouldnt be packed everyday. The food is fresh because it goes so fast! Go somewhere else, please! I will continue u because I LOVE THE FOOD & THE SERVICE! Try nice It will improve ur health, hating will only breed hate,..

My husband and I use to eat there but when we saw them loading a plate to go out to the dining room with refried beans off of a plate that was brought back from the dining room, that was enough for us. It is a nasty hole.

Casa Brava is 'the best mexican food' and someone misses Bonanza? People, learn to cook already! And I don't mean putting chicken nuggets in the microwave. Buy some meat, veggies, rice, cook it on the stove or oven, spice as you like, and serve it up. Are you people really that friggin lazy?

Actually, i m not "friggin lazy" at all. I love to cook and do cook all the time. I enjoy eating out occasionally in specialty restaurants. I had not eaten at Casa Brava in a while and have never had a complaint about their food. That's why I was so disappointed in the meal that I ordered. The service was excellent. The waiters are very nice.

I had heard rumors that other people had experienced the same as you. But, honestly, I don't believe most that I hear, unless I see it for myself. Sounds like you saw it, I would have to agree with you, I wouldn't go back.

My goodness "baby", u certainly assume u know who wrote this post and I don't have a clue who u think this is and really don't care. I have never made a complaint about a restaurant before, that's why I ask if something had changed at Casa Brava. Was there a change in ownership. Simple as that.

As was said in Super Troopers, MOTHER OF GOD!. Did you just call Casa Brava a 'specialty restaurant'? They DO NOT COOK MEXICAN FOOD. THEY COOK BEANS AND RICE AND GRILL MEAT. Just because they call it 'authentic mexican food' does not make it so!

No, but recently 2 ladies acted a fool & then posted some really mean things on another web page. But for the life of me i dont understand why they keep coming back & then calls the owner & complains about the service. Everytime I have been there the workers r running from table to table waiting on folks! To be honest if u seen someone reuse stuff like that u would report it. U have no idea how much food they throw away. Every dish is dumped within eye distance. So I just cant believe this. I love the food!

there r not many places as clean as Casa Brava. I have been in the back & alot of other places. As for Bonanza that place had the cheapest cuts of meat u could get. Old cows, out of cow lots where god knows what was in there.
