The same company owns Country Mart, Price Chopper and Cash Saver as well as several other brands .... So dont expect too much change. A turd by another name is still a turd

went today yea it's cleaner than before. prices are average but whats up with the plus 10% added to receipt? i went to walmart and spent $172 and had $8.71 in taxes. cash saver doesnt give the total before taxes so you wont realize your getting screwed by added extra charges to your receipt. look at your receipt.

what i left out was i spent a little over a hundred at cash saver and with the plus 10%$10.32 and tax $4.60 total was $117.36. thats more than the taxes were for a much higher dollar amount at walmart so whats with the plus 10%?

They dont mark up the products to make money they mark it for what they buy it for and they add the 10% to it to make a little profit. The more u buy the more u save.

You need to have it explained to you. I don't have time right now. You are not really getting "screwed". I have heard a lot of folks say they have much better savings now. Yes same group owns it.
