They made the paint line come in for 17 parts cause the people up front could not get them back to use. The parts had to ship on monday, so why start it up for 17 parts, that was a lot of money to start that paint line up for 4 hrs. when they could have run them frist thing monday. No we don't make sense, we make story fixture.

First off I think we should all be thankful we have a job. It isn't that easy to find a new these days.... Have you thought that maybe there are reasons to work overtime to get 17 pcs out of the door? THERE ARE! We are trying our best to keep the customers we have. I realize the cost for 17 pcs to get painted, but what would be the cost if these new projects go to another supplier? I understand it's frustrating, but the picture is much broader than you think. Think about this...what if we waited until Monday morning to paint the 17 pcs. It might not make it to the store when we need it to get there. I'm saying all of this to make you aware that there are reasons for all of this. Is everything perfect? NO. But everyone is doing their best to keep the customer happy. There isn't new business out there to get. We need to keep the ones we have happy.

Tell him that we used to live across from Dog and Suds and I was the only other one in the delivery room when Whitney (his daughter age 13) was born. Our email address is [email protected] We'd love to hear from him. And him a grandpa.. That's to cute. He always was good with kids unless they were scared of the "wolfman". LOL Did he ever have anymore children?
Yes,as a matter of fact,he has a daughter named Autumn. She will be 8 at the end of oct. He never see's her,and doesn't pay any child support for her and never has. His new wife is a witch, doesn't like any of his old friends or even his own family. It is sad,no one ever thought that the "wolfman" would be the one controlled. Good luck getting in touch with him. Don't let her find out!LOL!

My husband and I used to be friends with sonny. He's a good guy been through a lot of crap mostly from his ex. We were just wondering how he was doing and if he ever saw his daughter Whitney and how she was doing. We are good people and happy that Sonny is doing better and happily married.

Sonny if u read this, you could always give Jeff and I a line at [email protected] We love to hear from you.

<quoted text> We cant afford to make it in house, nobody likes to do anything but take breaks and talk and smoke out side, we cant remember if were supposed to take a 15 minute break every hour or an hour break every fifteen minutes and when the jobs go else where then we just bitch and complain ;"why dont we get more work boo hoo" We employees are our own worst enemy. we dont get jobs because our costs are to high. Wake up people the amount of parts we run is directly related to the cost of the part, so dont run a days production in an hour then sit on your lazy ass the rest of the day. And lets get rid of that worthless union why not keep people based on their work ethic in stead of their senority it seems like the ones with the most senority are the laziest ones in the plant. If we dont get rid of it and we keep it, our stewards can be voted out of their positions. lets just get together and vote them out and get new ones or get rid the union. we have a union a we are the lowest paid plant in the city with the worst medical benefits. the other factories dont have unions.
about the stewards.there are good and bad ones.when barging time comes around, instead of the employees standing up and fighting with them, they run scared afraid they will get fired.believe me, if you people didn't have a union everytime management got mad you sure would be fired by the likes of jf,mn,etc.

turn over is not that high becasue we rarely hire new people. hell the ones still here are fighting like crazy to keep thier jobs. however, i think we may be doing better than our competition. we have such picky customers that the competition loses money on them... and we do too, but they are pulling out where as we keep kissing ass and getting the rest of the business. with the economy as bad as it is we are doing what we have to stay afloat. hopefully it will work

If you think management is bad in Paragould you should try the Corning Plant...they are a bunch of dick heads who cater only to their friends...

your a dumbazz. She got away from him. You must be one of his old meth head buddies. And a swinger with his old lady.He was a woman beater, dope head, gun dealin fool at one time. If he cleaned up,good for him. But he cares nothing about his other kids, because his "sweet wife" won't let him.

<quoted text>You sound like a real winner yourself!!! Sonny has been a good friend for 9 yrs. and yes he was in trouble when he was younger but I have alot of respect for the way he has turned his life around.
I bet whoever you are, your'e nothing but a scumbag loser.
I've known Sonny for 15yrs and he is a good guy. Been dealt alot of shit, but who hasn't? His ex wife really put the shit to him and we are glad to see that he's moved on and is doing good. Just would like to chat with him for a few min and see if he ever hears from his daughter Whitney. I was her God Mother when she was born and I'd just like to check on her and see what kind of life her mother has taken her down.
