Don't think Levi is running. And don't know of any other choices that are out there that are considering running and are qualified to do the job. One thing that you have got to give Levi, past the personal mistakes, there is no one that is more capable or qualified or has ever done a better job.

Prefer someone else so I would have to go with Jerry out of the options offered because he did a better job in office than the other two.

I don't know who you are "Voter" but do not drag my name into this circus. To clear the air for you, I am not running for county judge.

Thanks again Scott for the head up!

Didn't mean to offend you. I was just trying to figure out if there was anyone else that might be running besides the three listed in the Poll. Personally I wish that Tim Langston would run again.

Why would anyone want this job anyway? It only requires a highschool education to run but it need college education to be a successful County Judge and we haven't had one yet.

Most have been insecure in their knowledge and afraid to hire someone they percieve as being smarter than they are instead of hiring people that are smart in the areas they are deficient in.

The pay is lousy for what is required. No wonder each one takes advantage of anything that they can and hopefully stay out of jail.

No matter what one does half are mad and the other half happy. Make a decision that someone don't like and they are at you like pack of jackals.

I have considered running and have been asked several times. There is no way I would consider it.

Several on here have said if you don't like it run. Who in their right mind would run for this office for the small salary, 24 hour a day availibiltiy and work for people that are never happy and will bitch you out at the slightest slip up.

LOL I guess that I could always vote for Harvey if he decides to run.

I agree with the last Voter who posted. I think that position isn't worth running for. It doesn't pay much at all for what you have to put up with. I also agree that position should require a college education. I don't think any of those listed in the poll or those that I commented about have a college degree. Maybe I should consider running. LMFAO.... First of all I don't think the county is ready for a female with a college degree! Second of all I don't think that the county is ready for a Republican!!

Why? Well, thats easy. Ask Jesse. You draw a check, come in when you want to. Go home when you want to, sit in the office and sign your kin folk up for early insurance and let her shop on the county credit card....THATS why

What College degree could ever prepare you for that job?? I have seen alot of college grads that don't even need to be doing the factory jobs that they have. Alot of common sense, and a true desire to serve the people, those are the most important traits that a person could posses to do the job. I think that is what we should be looking for. The salary does not match the job by a long shot. Look at what the mayor of Paragould makes compared to the judge and the difference in the problems that each one faces. It is really sad that this has turned into a circus, and no one wants to get involved because they don't want to become the next clown.
