My daughter got gum on my microfiber suede couch and I need to know how to get it out. I tried using ice and I got some off but not all of it. It has left some stains.

Try an ice cube. It will harden the gum and shouldn't damage the material, microsuede is treated with a stain guard. Not sure I would do the peanutbutter thing, it contains a lot of oil that might discolor the material.

There is a cleaner called Wipe Away, located in the paint department at walmart. Not sure what is will do to the fabric but you could read the label. It is good to get out grease, gum, sticky labels ect...

Go buy a few cans of air duster or if you have access to it a bottle of liquid C02. Maybe even a few of those freeze away wart remover things would work.

Basically what you want to do is freeze the gum completely to a point that ice wont achieve. Once its frozen rock hard just rip it off of there.

that wipe away stuff is petroleum based as well, the oil in it will stain the fabric. Its almost completely made from something called Naphthalene which is basically really strong lighter fluid.

oh yeah, if you use the airduster or the c02 options you'll have to hold the bottle upside down so you're spraying the liquid on the gum, otherwise it wont freeze it.
