Is Utility hiring right now? If so, what shifts? I am a single mom and really need 1st shift if at all possible. Thanks!

They are hiring, mainly for 2nd, but if they want u, and u have good reason, you can get first.

What are the hours for 2nd shift? And please be honest, is it very hard work for women? I just would like a honest opinion.

4 to like 2 am and the work depends on whether or not u can weld if u can weld u got harder work if not they will put u in like a gravy position or just laid back

Most of the women have verrrry easy jobs. Just stuffing rivets into pre-drilled holes. 2nd works 4 to 2, Monday thru Thursday. Mandatory overtime every other Friday.

apply there. might have to call and check on app a few times. took me a month. benefits/pay are good. leave me an email addy for more info

Ins in 3 months. 1 week vacay in a year. Ins isnt the best, but its better than nothing.

i have an interview there monday morning for days what should i expect? how soon after the interview do you start to work? what is the pay and how hard a job is it for a woman that doesent weld any info would be appreciatd!

"What did u like about ur previous job? Not like about ur previous job? " "tell me about a time u disagreed with fellow employee. How did u handle it?" Those type questions. I was told to come back the next day for factory walk thru. Lots of jobs for women. Starting pay is 10. Goodluck!

I started $10 back in October. Make $14.09 now. If you work hard they will pay you

thanks worker im kinda nervous have never done factory work before but am willing to learn are the jobs there for women real hard?

i start tuesday night at utility i wasnt showed the job i was gonna do just told i was gonna do sidewalls i heard from other people that is a hard job for a women to do is that true?

NO. Sidewalls is not a hard job to do at all! I am a woman. I have done it. Very easy. But then again, every job in the world could be hard to a person that doesn't really want to do it in the first place. If you have the right state of mind, and have a want to work, then sidewalls should be a breeze for you :)

thanks im just a little nervous i am a hard worker just havent got much factory experience and wasnt really sure what side walls was and a couple people i know that work there said that is not a job for a woman lol didnt know if they was pulling my leg and just made me more nervous lol
