Just shows that the Feds do not want to enforce the laws and stop the flow of these invaders to this country. Sad when a local Sheriff makes the Feds look bad, but then come to think of it, that is really not too hard to do now is it. I notice that it did not stop Sheriff Joe. He pulled off a sweep Friday did'nt he??

Looks like Sheriff Joe is gonna be dueling with the Feds on this one!!

Then if they refuse to take them let's see how "The One" and Nappy handle the heat they will get.

It seems that the powers that be places the needs of foreigners and illegals over the American people.

as ive stated all along, as long as the immigration laws are on the books, joe has every right and obligation to enforce those laws. napalitan does NOT HAVE THE RIGHT OR POWER TO CHANGE THE LAWS.

Arizona and Sheriff Joe are doing it right and showing that we can deport the illegal aliens. That's not something La Raza/LULAC/MEChA and Mexico want proven. You notice how the discussion of illegals has been taken completely off the radar and there's so little if any discussion of it? Well that's so they can pass an amnesty and not get much of a response from our citizens. It's not just a coincidence that it's not being discussed and they're trying to silence the few who are keeping the discussion alive like Lou Dobbs. It's big money from big business that wants that cheap labor, and to hell with the affects on the towns and neighborhoods. Yup, they are silencing us and we're letting it happen.

Keep in mind that profiling people by the way they talk or by the way they dress is not the most lawful way to carry through on this work.

Did you know a sheriff has the ultimate say of what happens within his/her jurisdiction? A sheriff is NOT accountible to the feds either and the feds cannot tell a sheriff what they can or cannot do. Learn the facts. http://www.sheriffmack.com/

Yeah, just because a guy is dressed in a burka, with a suspicious bulge around his waist, is no reason to suspect that he may be carrying a bomb under there. So what if a few dozen people are killed in the explosion, we have still respected his God given rights.

How many mexicans have you seen carrying these? Sounds like the racial profiling should be another group of people. Still not a good practice. Arrest everyone, so that we can pay more taxes to keep them arrested.

I think you are assuming that people outside the US care more than they really do. Most people want to stay in their country. Hunger and need make people do all kinds of things, even cross the border desert of AZ for 50-60 miles walking in 100+ weather or crossing the Rio Grande w/high probability of dying. They know that they may not make it, but staying at home is not an option. Die trying or die at home.

Before hordes of overbreeding violent criminal aliens cause citizens to to sue government for not enforcing our immigration laws? Is that what you mean? No. But, nice try. Now go back to burning crosses (in front lawns) and try again, later.

If you'd stop clinging to a bygone era, you'd notice today's "Klan" is "Tan" -- but today's reality doesn't let you feel like an oppressed victim, so you cling to ghosts of the past. Pat...you're always insulting and then play "the insulted". You should go by Greta, the drama diva...it will suit you better.

You surely gringos like that, don't you? :-) They...call you? How much?

Putting a lawsuit against the govt is not a simple thing and your chances of winning anything are about "0%". You are better off continuing to complain on the blogs.

There is one simple solution, have a government sponsored stimulus where for each illegal killed and turned in you would receive $50.00 dollars and for each illegal brought in alive $25.00 dollars.

That's completely uncalled for. There's gotta be a little more than that between your ears. That would solve nothing. That is hardly a simple solution. How would that look for the US around the world. "US does ethnic cleansing of Illegals". And if you were the like one sheriff in AZ, you'd tell your men to shoot anyone dressed like an illegal or anyone who doesn't speak perfect english. It's still illegal to shoot people in the US. If you were in Mexico, you'd be ok.

It is illegal to shoot people in Méjico. It is not ok. In fact, you've never been to Méjico.
