Don't just limit yourselves to looking for better ways during difficult times. That should be the norm. What your saying is that no one has been looking for better ways, is that right? I am thinking that should be a given in government personnel's job description. Am I missing something here?
I know what the truth is. You are all sleeping with public safety's union leaders, figuratively of course, right?
