We could instal a waste water turbine at the bottom of the hill, making money off the pressure created. Something more for the public leaders to fight over, study and charge the taxpayers for. All we would need to do is filter out all of the Paridise druggies needles.

Paradise Mayor Culleton told the Chico council that Paradise doesnt have any room to annex in order to build a plant, because its between two canyons and Magalia. He asked to have the issue
