By the way, LOCO, the stuff you plagiarised is just vague rhetoric, with no substantiating details.
Your unknown writer, for example, simply states "The liberal machine is in the mist of unveiling their gargantuan new spending and tax plans, they are set to be raised by the greatest amount in history, and regulation and micro management is their middle name,"
This is an unsubstantiated rant.
By the way, tell your writer that the correct word is 'midst', and not 'mist'.
More gurly word games from you, heh?
The statement you quoted has been substantiated throughout this thread.
I cannot help the fact that you are too much of a moron to understand it.
The bottom line is this: hObama is the most prolific spender in history.
We(America) cannot have a European sized government spending with America sized taxation.
The tax hikes have already begun. Only a moron would argue with that fact.
Now, we will see about spending cuts. It is my opinion that there will not be enough spending cuts to address the REAL problem(the huge national debt). Even higher taxes will be required to pay for current levels of spending, and only a moron would not agree that it is ONLY the repubs. who wish to reduce current levels of spending.
Therefore, only a moron would not agree that:
"The liberal machine is in the mist of unveiling their gargantuan new spending and tax plans, they are set to be raised by the greatest amount in history, and regulation and micro management is their middle name".
You and your ilk are simply too chickensheiit to admit the truth.

Obama Care is the result of Democrats modifying their original legislation to keep you repubicans from filibustering it and because the repubican caucus kept saying if the Democrats changed this or that they, the repubicans would vote for it.

So letís see you disprove me you moron. Come on, spin spin spin ....

And as you probably figured out by now, the liberals who don't like OBAMA care did not gang up with the T Publicans and vote for Romney so he could get rid of OBAMA care...LMAO

Health Insurers Raise Some Rates by Double Digits

In California, Aetna is proposing rate increases of as much as 22 percent, Anthem Blue Cross 26 percent and Blue Shield of California 20 percent for some of those policy holders, according to the insurersí filings with the state for 2013. These rate requests are all the more striking after a 39 percent rise sought by Anthem Blue Cross in 2010 helped give impetus to the law, known as the Affordable Care Act, which was passed the same year and will not be fully in effect until 2014.

Yes....?

...and if you read the entire article you will see where it is up to the different state legislators to give free reign to insurance regulators to make sure insurance companies are not engaging in their usual practice of ripping off the consumers...

Here is another paragraph from the same link you posted...

"Under the health care law, regulators are now required to review any request for a rate increase of 10 percent or more; the requests are posted on a federal Web site, healthcare.gov , along with regulatorsí evaluations.

The review process not only reveals the sharp disparity in the rates themselves, it also demonstrates the striking difference between places like New York, one of the 37 states where legislatures have given regulators some authority to deny or roll back rates deemed excessive, and California, which is among the states that do not have that ability.

New York, for example, recently used its sweeping powers to hold rate increases for 2013 in the individual and small group markets to under 10 percent. California can review rate requests for technical errors but cannot deny rate increases."

9.9999% per year is ok??

Rates did not go up ten percent every year BEFORE obamacare.
Now, they are allowed just under ten percent increase per year WITHOUT review...and with review, the rates could go up even more if the costs are justified..........

Obamacare was supposed to LOWER healthcare costs.
Obamacare was suppsed to help middle America. The only thing obamcare is doing is "helping" middle America out of higher paychecks.

Another liberal lie.

It is obvious you posted the link to the article for no other reason than it's incendiary title, but next time do us all a favor and read the article itself before posting a link to it or people will start calling you HERE IS ONE...LMAO

http://www.nytimes.com/2013/01/06/business/de...

First off, health care premiums and medical costs have been going up at an alarming rate long before the general public even heard of BARACK OBAMA....

Second, your assertion that insurers will be able to raise rates at will at an 9.9999% per year is incorrect because under the Health Care Act, if insurers do not spend at least 80 cents of every dollar on care they are required to issue rebates....

In fact, according to the article you posted insurers already refunded over $ 1.1 Billion in rebates...and an estimated $2.1 Billion in overall savings to consumers in just 1 year...

http://www.healthcare.gov/law/resources/repor...

Third, if you look in the second page of the article you posted you will see where insurers in NEW YORK State requested a 9.5% increase for individual policies, after a review NY allowed them only a 4.5 percent rate increase.

Another conservative lie bites the dust.... Nice Going LOCAL IDIOT....LMAO

Easiest way would have been to go single -payer and control the costs by capping payouts for every single procedure and if people like loco don't think it's good enough they can get supplemental policies.

Profits of up to 37% for medical policies, services and products are nothing more than rape.

Now there is a typical liberal idea. Force the medical providers to accept less than their costs to provide services.
There is a name for a economic formula like that......it is called failure.
It is like forcing McDonalds to provide steak and lobster in their big mac meal, and then forcing them to lower the price of that meal at the same time.
First, the health insurers will go out of business(an Obama goal), and then the medical service providers will cease providing services for low obamacare payouts. Many docs will not accept new medicare patients now due to low federal payouts.
Oh and btw......there will always be good medical services for those who can afford to pay for it(at a huge cost). Everyone else??????...not so much......high taxes, rationing, long lines, and........a behemoth system run like all huge government programs. You believe that the health insurers are bad administrtors?????? wait until the federal government runs the ENTIRE show.....lolol

one more thing: Obama could freeze medical costs right now by executive order......but he won't. Have you ever asked yourself why?

Middle class Americans are getting their new year paychecks. Most of them are noticing that they are getting less money, and the government is getting more.
Get used to it.
Any moron should have understood that the huge levels of hObama spending can NEVER be paid for by the wealthiest 1%. If Obama confiscated ALL of the 1% ENTIRE wealth, it would not even cover this years federal spending deficit.
WE WILL ALL PAY for our huge government spending.....

hObama and the dems have hoodwinked a dumbed down electorate....yet again.

Middle class purchasing power has been whittled down ..........yet again.
With friends like the tax and spend democrats, the middle class doesn't need any enemies.

Wealth redistribution has its costs, and the middle class will be the recipient of obamanomics....yet again.
Higher taxes on EVERYONE will be a drag on the economy.
The double whammy of higher additional state taxes in Calif. on the wealthy will also be felt by the middle class......less jobs. As already high unemployment will only get worse with another 4 years of anti-business policies. As well as leading this country closer to a European-style social democracy. That economic system favored by European countries currently wallowing in a sovereign debt crisis that appears to have no end.

You're so funny!

Controlling what the medical industry can charge over cost works for every other first world country butt it won't work here?

There is a great article in yesterdays Sac Bee about one of the many ways Obama care is forcing the medical industry to cut costs, like Medicare only paying for quality service instead of paying for quantity.

You're so funny.
