Do the Dutch have the right idea?

I think they do.......

Amsterdam is to create "Scum villages" where nuisance neighbours and anti-social tenants will be exiled from the city and rehoused in caravans or containers with "minimal services" under constant police supervision.

It is very simple.........You put all of the trash in one place......

A system like this would improve the school systems 100%

If you are a trouble maker you will be removed from your school and moved into a scum school.....

What we see in the USA is a couple of bad guys can ruin a whole neighborhood and the good folks start to move out....

The same thing happens in schools......
You get a few young liberals that dont want to learn and they disrupt the whole class.

I think this idea could work.......

Schools for the normal kids and schools for the young liberals.
