BY LEIA BAEZ

FACTS are FACTS...TOM . This guy continues to be so arrogant.. IN the REAL WORLD business people do not go to court in a dispute, at least not as much as he does... How does this guy continue to sell insurance!!!!
Heinert said the A & S lawsuit was a dispute that is not uncommon in the business world.
"When businesses disagree, that's how they are resolved," he said, referring to court action.
In August, a state tax lien was filed against Amerilawn for $1,108.34. It was still active Friday afternoon.
The most recent document filed against Heinert was a notice of default for his home mortgage in September. According to the document, Heinert failed "to make debt payments as they became due," owing at least $284,186, plus interest.

At least Mr. Heinert isn't a low life dead beat coward who hides behind a "posted" name and never reveals his identity. Come on United States, man up and reveal yourself.

Funny stuff, Observer and a number of other perverted little cowards that have written in about this issue probably just are lacking courage and self esteem to stand up and ID themselves. Instead they just hide behind a blog. I doubt if they have ever set foot in any kind of governmental setting or lead a civic cause (other than in a courtroom themselves). Tough talk from the "bloggers". Papillion must be full of losers.
