Stay away from Deltona Corp, land developers (they say they are). They only like to be the winners, usurers is the best adjetive for them. Very charming while doing business, lot of triky promises, high prices and at the very end....screw you up. Stay away, find references before closing a deal.

Que cosas han pasado? Que tanta es la diferencia de precios con otros vendedores en la misma unidad? Escuche que hay unidades desarrolladas (acueductos, electricidad etc) mientras otras no y que eso afecta los precios, pero no me consta, vi fotos de lagos muertos muy diferentes a lo mostrado en la pagina de deltona, como son los precios reales ahora?

It is not the actual price since real state market is down all over USA. Nowadays, Deltona is quoting less than half the price in cash of what they did three years ago, for the same lots. They have overpriced always. But the problem is that Deltona has been selling Sunny Hills based on a dishonest advertising, from the very begining. Sunny Hills is far away from what they say or they advertize. They are good laying potential customers and pricing the lots. I am very disapointed indeed. Deltona is not longer with an office at Sunny Hills. They left end of 2010...why? dont know, but guess is because they have no business. Sunny Hills is particularly very depressed...but not because the world financial crisis but because it has never been a true business. If you own a lot in SH...be ready to loose your inventment. It will not come to the value again. Check in internet, lots are very cheap and worst, there is nobody to buy in SH...I would not say have good luck...I would say welcome to the team.

i would like to find more information about the deltona group. i live close to sunny hills and occasionaly camp in sunny hills at a piece of property that is currently owned by the deltona group. any suggestions?

what kind of info do you need? You can enter internet and find out. Also, you can find other posts with comments on SH. My personal experience, and recommendation, stay away of SH and careful with Deltona.

Deltona closed their office and got rid of their staff
last year 2011. Only the golf course is active. If they make it on their own fine if not they close it too.

You are so full of it that its not even funny. The streets been dark for over 40 yrs and criminals never roamed the dark streets. We have had some people doing damadge to the community as a whole, some of them are still living here and some are gone. Who put us in debt?

There is no information on sunnyhills because they are out of buniness now and it was Deltona Corp. They fired them all and it belongs to Washington County. That is who they were in Debt to.
They didn't know how to manage it.

I inherited a lot in sunny hills, have been paying property tax on it, but have never seen it.(My father purchased it in the late 70s/early 80s? don't know what he paid) I THOUGHT Deltona managed the subdivision. Never received info saying Deltona is defunct and county owns property. How do I sell? Anybody knowledgeable? thx

(what is/was msbu?)

The Deltona group not in debt they stop sell so price not have to go lower and land value not drop because of bad real estate market so you all need to get your sorry fight. And they mow and take care fine

THE DIFFERENCE IS, THAT THIS COMPANY HAS A LONG STANDING REPUTATION OF TEARING UP LAND, PROMISING PAVED ROADS, ETC, BUT DO NOT PUT IT INTO PLACE. THEY ARE A HIT AND RUN OPERATION. TAKING MONEY ANF RUNNING. LEAVING PEOPLE WITH WORTHLESS PROPERTY.
