I look back at my life in pampa, and find nothing good to say about my home town other than thank God I dont reside there any more in that drug infested little town.

I'm sorry you feel that way. I've was born here and have lived here off and on - moved back a few years ago. So, is the drug problem a huge problem here. I haven't had much contact with that. I have to say that right now it is so hot and dry, it's hard to find something good. But there are a lot of friendly people here.
