Well it was all one sided at the PBC Volley Ball games last Friday night, the President of the PBC made sure that all her candidates were listed but none of the other party. I thought that it was a fund raiser for the kids and Prairie JH not for the UP, or I'm sorry independent candidates of the UP same old S--- different year, and by the way the park district and the library board are also run by the same family, so they are also run by the UP, think about all the perks that the park commissioners get and how much or out tax dollars they both get and spent this year alone. Please remember all this when you vote, and maybe then you will understand why we can't afford to let the UP take Alsip over again, we've come too far to go backward
WOW!!! It's amazing how thats what you took from such a great event for the kids!! Maybe if the other party was paying attention they could have had their name in the handout as well since the Mayors secretary is on PBC too!! Im sure she was a part of planning the event..... Oh wait the action party had a raffle basket there!! So I guess they were included in some way!!! Maybe its people like you stirring up trouble that is very unnecessary...... Your taking a community event to help our schools and pissing all over it with garbage!!!! Im gonna guess your with the action party and made some of this story up and just felt like stirring the pot and meanwhile people who are volunteering their time to actually make a difference are going to be hurt by your stupidity!!!! If you want your party voted in so bad than get your message out there a different way and dont use innocent people and school events!!! Stay home than!!!
Nothing but the facts

I was also at the PBC Fundraiser a week ago today, and Mary Jo, after you wrote your posting I did some fact checking, well it seems that the President of the PBC told their other board members to not worry, she had everything under control, when if fact she did not, as late as 3 days before the event that they almost didn't have because they did not sell enough tickets, a few people got out and sold many tickets. The program wasn't shown to any of the other board members until the night of the event,if everyone knew about the event a few weeks before, I can honestly tell you that #1 they would of had many more donations and baskets and #2 they would of had much more PAID advertising, and not just from political party's, but also from local business. So however you want to look at it, it was a very poorly event, and hopefully next year it can be made into a positive event for the school and the Village
