Chicago Ridge — Alisa VanWitzenburg, 18, of the 10600 block of Mayfield Avenue in Chicago Ridge, was charged with battery and disorderly conduct after police earlier this month found her standing in the middle of her street shouting obscenities into her cell phone and disturbing the peace, police said. While police were taking VanWitzenburg to the police station in a squad car, she spat on the back of an officer's head, police said.

Is that the same little dark haired girl who walks down 107th between PK and Mendard and screams at all the cars? She walks in the middle of the street, then when you honk at her to get out of the way, she swears at ya. She also sits out in front of the trolley and yells at people on her cell phone.
