If you have any questions, show up, they will be answered. Bring your Family and Neighbors. If you have any questions go to the township website. Please bring as many people as possible. This is about your money, about jobs, about your future. I do not trust them. Do you?

The calumet township did not convene a real annual town hall meeting this April 2013.
The residents in attendance were treated in a shameful manner, by township clerk Fred biloto, the township attorney, and the township clerk hand picked moderator Martin sosnowski. To ad insult to injury, the moderator was paid two hundred dollars of the taxpayers money.
It is important to note the township supervisor bob Rita was absent.
The township must hold a proper annual town hall meeting in the future.
We called the Calumet Township, the receptionist (if you want to call her that) had no idea of the time or date of the July 2013 Township board meeting. Can someone out there, give us the time and date.

Dirty inside and out the orange snow fence along the sidewalk provides a very nice warning touch.
When will the stolen tv(s) be replaced?

There are No real services at the Calumet Township for the community, youth, or seniors; because most of the budget goes toward self promoting signs for the country club.
Get some real services in place for all of the people you are expected to be serving.

The deficiencies in services for families and youth is particularly disturbing. This must be addressed and corrected immediately!

There is no list of comprehensive services, resources, and out reach for families, youth, or seniors. No one knows what they should be doing and providing at Calumet Township, which contributes to the township's ongoing failure, wasted dollars, and nepotism.

Bill Daley says Gov. Quinn’s appointment of insider violates “spirit of the law”

Bill Daley’s gubernatorial campaign isn’t letting go of the Frank Zuccarelli appointment issue, today releasing a letter the candidate sent to a senate panel.
Daley is asking that a panel of state senators block Gov. Pat Quinn’s appointment of Frank Zuccarelli to the CTA board, saying the appointment of the Thornton Township Supervisor violates the “spirit of the law” prohibiting double dippers. Zuccarelli makes more than $128,000 annually in his township post, Daley says and will get another $25,000 annually at the CTA.

Zuccarelli Appointment Ltr
Zuccarelli told our Mark Brown on Thursday that he considers it “working simultaneously”— not double dipping.
Gov. Quinn has defended his appointment of Zuccarelli, saying he will be a strong voice for the South Suburbs on the CTA board.
The dust-up comes in light of a Metra scandal that’s revealed rampant patronage at the agency and at its oversight agency the RTA.

In politics "screw-ups can and do happen!" Why would Gov. Quinn set up the same scenario following newly resigned Metra board Chairman Brad O’Halloran who also stepped down as Orland Park trustee? Poor advisement or something else?

Why don't you look on the township web site? If they are an honest, open, transparent, government, this should be easily available on the township website.
