Feds: Owner of Palos Heights restaurant hid $2M in receipts from IRS
The owner of a Palos Heights restaurant hid more than $2 million in receipts from the IRS over a three-year period, according to federal authorities who indicted him on six counts of filing false tax returns.

I wonder who his bookkeeper was? I say bookkeeper, because no CPA would do this. I am guessing if you go to the corner of Roberts Road and 111th Street and head north, chances are you will find his bookkeeper.
