I watched the news video and it looked to me like he filled atleast 10 or so sand bags and he wasn't taking sissy scoops either. I also seen the news video from when Dick Durbin and Governor BLOWFISH was in town and didn't see either one of them pick up a shovel.Atleast Obama did some actual work. His time is better spent getting the resources and money to this area to be able to fight this situation, unless you think you can.I think Obama is closer to real people than any politician we have seen since Kennedy. If you want to criticize someone than do it to the politicians that have put this country in the shape it's in in now,but i think this guy deserves a chance to try and change a few things.

Funny how these people in the flooded area's are the one's that cling to gun and religion..... You haven't heard a peep from them about the government, FEMA, too slow to act, etc..... They are taking care and fixing problems themselves.

Different type of people..........Back to OBAMA and the back breaking work that he did.

If you think that OBAMA was actually "working" you are RIGHT..... He was working the camera for a photo opp and NOTHING MORE. If you think different...then you have been drinking too much of the Kool Aid my little sheeple.

10 scoops....wow, what a guy....let's vote him to our next president.....leave the darn cameras at home then if you think he is such a "real person" ....stay away unless he can sincerely act like he cares....my grandma can scoop 10 bags, IF thats what he did....after stopping all crucial operations just to let him in that area....
Point is stop all the false promises and someone out there, please truly make this country what we all need it to be~!

Ok i see where you were coming from with this AP video. Now go to the WGEM TV website and watch the local video from the time his plane landed here in Quincy. It does show a different perspective from this on.It will take a while to watch , it's about 10 min long. When you watch this video notice the man with white hair and moustach behind Obama,This is the Mayor of Quincy,Watch how much he does.

It's a shame that people have become so "hardhearted" that they bit themselves in the butt. Bottom-line what really matters is that the presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama toured the Quincy stricken area, and is aware of the needs, that is what counts.

BARACK OBAMA "LEADS" John McCain by 15 points!

More and more Hilary Clinton supporters are supporting BARACK OBAMA! It's becoming clear, Americans want Real "CHANGE".

A VOTE for John McCain is a vote to continue BUSH policies. No "MORE" TAX BREAKS for BIG OIL, LARGE CORPORATIONS and the RICH while Low and Middle Class Americans continue to suffer with rising fuel and food costs. The American working class people have taken notice and they will no longer stand for it!

Restore HONESTY and INTEGRITY to the White House!

Three to three and half scopes are what is put into the bag. a wide variety of people have to be able to handle the bag for hours on end. Usually the older people tie the bags in the production line.
