Some of you are writing mess that you would hate to read in a time like this...he was an individual just like you, he was and will forever be loved by many..People make mistakes under stressful times, some of us deal with them better than others...to those judging a great father, husband, uncle, and friend you should feel ashamed of yourself..who are you to judge...

It was his butt.....not torso Even if he was shot in the butt, it is possible for someone to start to turn around just as an officer shoots. Being shot in the back does not mean that the person was not an immanent danger to the officers or the public.

I know this. He robbed a store, led police on a chase, shot a bystander. turned and fired at police. A man is known by his actions. He brought it on himself.

Outstanding. Doofis, I could not agree more. These blogs are full of family members of robbers, killers, etc, saying don't judge, don't talk about them, we don't know, etc. often with threats and foul language. What we do know, is what they did. Doofis is a genuis..."a man is known by his actions. He brought it on himself says it all. It is not a police conspiracy when there are victims, witnesses, etc. Sometimes the police have to act with deadly force, which is why they probably carry guns in the first place, and they did so appropriately in this case. I feel for the guy's family, but lets not get ahead of ourselves telling people not to judge.
