This San Bruno victory was a team effort. One person cannot make a twelve man team win a baseball game. We can win this tournament if we keep getting on base, getting timely hits and most importantly, playing solid defense. We have a great team, and I can't wait to play South San Francisco tonight. I haven't pitched against them in a very liong time so, i can't wait to go out there and throw against their terrific lineup.

Not mentioned was Ryan Brown coming in to pitch in relief for San Bruno in the 4th inning and throwing 6 innings of shutout ball to finish the game and earn the victory.
