Same-sex marriage ruling also victory for SF mayor

Unless you are gay or lesbian, what you want pertaining to gay Civil Rights is not important.

It doesn't matter if the State law is overturned or not by voters because voters don't decide Civil Rights. With bigots being psychotic believing in Gods, they don't understand reality.

The USSC is about to gain four LIBERAL seats when president to be Obama appoints them. He will have the chance to appoint the most USSC members of any president in recent history because most there are old and about to retire. Neither House will allow Bush to get any appointments through so forget it.

The USSC will force if need be even bigoted States like Idaho to free my people. No State will have a choice because if it goes against the Federal Government, the president will order the troops in just like back in the 1960s!

Lets see if I have this right. The Country was founded by the principle of "WE THE PEOPLE". So the people in California voted by a huge margin that gay marraige is wrong and should be against the law. then we have 5 people, put on the Court by a Liberal Governor of California who almost ran the state into the ground. And these 5 say that they think that the people do not matter. That what matters is what they think. 5 warped, mental midgits who think they know whats right for the people. It's about time the People take back the Country from these Liberal activists put on the Court to ruin America. America needs a new Revolution against Liberals in low places.

These five people enforced the law. If all the people who wrote in to this paper insisted and voted for the fact that you are an idiot, would that make you an idiot? Propostitions are not tested for constitutionality until after the vote- would be a waste of time for them to decide 40 propositions before the vote, some would be wasted time if they failed anyway! wow, are you ignorant! First off, you might be interested to know that this court was largely appointed under republican leadership; it is a republican-dominated court, not liberal. Second, do you think that civil rights should be left to the will of the people? how about extending the vote to women - let's see, we'll just have the MEN vote on that since they were the only ones who could vote....

The only thing this means is that the huge margin of Californians that think gay marriage is wrong are complete idiots. I don't care if you agree with their lifestyle or not, they deserve the same rights as anyone else.
