Quincy man charged in Payson bank robbery, makes first court appearance

The Quincy man accused of robbing the State Street Bank in Payson made his first court appearance Thursday and was officially charged with aggravated robbery. via Quincy Herald-Whig

This came as a shock to the entire Quincy community. He really had us all fooled. Chuck was always the happy-go-lucky guy that you would see around town; who always had a joke ready for you. Then word came that he robbed the bank in Payson and everyone's perception changed. I don't think his wife even realized what an awful person he is.
