In Washington County, Indiana, you can bury someone in concrete and be a participant in the murder and end up getting out of jail scot free. In Washington County, you can be an attorney and be involved in the sale and transport of drugs and not lose your license to practice because the local newspaper covers everything up. You can be involved in the sale and transport of drugs and be in business and no questions asked. Washington County and Salem is easy on alcoholics, drug users, drug dealers and its very important who you know or who you pay off. Kind of like a local drug dealer about 15 years ago went to the slammer because he didn't make his payoff to the right corrupt local official. Or that you can be an attorney and a judge and get busted in Florida and the local newspaper won't ever print that in its paper. Keep aiming high Washington County, its the culture and company you keep
