I don't mean to start a new incident or rehash that last week's worth of crap, but I'm curious as to why you felt it necessary to identify yourself as NOT Skeptic when you replied to their post, but when you replied to Whoop Glory's post you didn't make the same distinction.

You are really starting to become annoying. Can you draw attention to other things with the community, instead of this petty stuff? Yes, I am finished commenting back to you, too. You are hearby BANISHED! ha ha

First Harvey did the banishing. Now Mag Pie is doing it and Mag Pie used "too", when was the other banishment? Bill, Harvey, Jerome and now Mag Pie. Gotta love it.

It's a very simple Yes or No question.

Is that a rhetorical question? I have said it so many times why they wouldn't put me on the board. septic, harvey or mag pie can you tell us which pages that I've answered this question? In order to be picked for the board, yes picked because the election process is disgraceful, you have to have certain qualities and do certain things. Some of those being a) don’t ask questions, b) agree with everyone else, c) don’t do the right thing, d) don’t speak out against the pm, committees and other poor decisions, e) place cindy and the pm on a pedestal, f) be ignorant, g) ignore our covenants, h) be able to be influenced, i) have no common sense……and list continues.

I am none of that. So they wouldn't place me on the board. That’s why I don’t run. The bottom line is these people on the board are comfortable. We can't question them in a public setting because it might upset them. Things are not being done. The community is suffering and there will be a point in which the snowball will get out of control. Then what? Each and every resident will be to blame because we allow this crap to continue.

Go back to the annual meeting last Fall. The board's actions are indicative of who they are. They exercised extremely poor taste, poor decisions and lack of common sense and we continue to allow these people to run this community and waste our hard earned money.

I'm sure each SG resident will agree that they have worked hard for what they have so why allow these people the opportunity to ruin it?

You NEVER give a group of people, regardless who they are, a blank check. Nothing good will ever come of it.

Isn’t it ironic that in the newsletter the board chose to identify and draw attention to teenage trouble? They attributed recent problems as most likely teenagers. Then they went on to say “It’s very likely the vast majority of SummerGrove teenagers cause no trouble”. What a bunch of pretentious a$$’s. It’s very likely most SG teenagers are good?? Are you serious?

Wow, our adult board gives deadbeat residents a free pass, they allow residents to break and ignore our very own rules, and they do not consistently enforce the rules that are in place to protect our community, the board makes insane decisions and they seriously have the gall to say SG teenagers likely cause no trouble. I would think there are a lot of SG families with teenagers that take offense to our board having little faith that some SG teenagers are good kids.
There are outsiders (non-SG residents/homeowners) that use our parks regularly. There are outsiders that use our lake regularly. There are outsiders that use our tennis courts regularly. There are outsiders that use our amenities on a daily basis. Outsiders use our ball field regularly. There are outsiders that speed up and down our streets constantly and our very own board says the problems in SG are LIKELY not SG teenagers. Unbelievable.

Next issue of the coveted newsletter needs to have a piece

“FROM THE BOARD”– Board Troubles – What Can You Do? Board members, you can understand that, as SummerGrove leaders, you are bound by the community rules. You can find ways to enforce our rules and keep other people’s property aesthetically pleasing. PM, you can try to pay more attention to your job, particularly during the day and during property drives.

Sad but true, a lot of the teenage problem in SG is from teenagers who live there or are with teens that live there. Im not saying all are bad, but I personally know for a fact this is the case. Im sure there are several "outsiders" doing wrong too, but have caught more teen residents than non doing illegal activites there, i.e. damage to mailboxes, drugs, etc.

A description of the project WAS in the newsletter, but it was in the spring issue and had no mention of costs.

[/QUOTE]Hopefully, when you caught them and you identified them as residents the board, property management or police were able to contact their parents. Unless there were throngs of SG teenagers doing the things mentioned I think its irresponsible of the board to label SG teenagers as the most likely culprits. If you caught the teenagers in the act then let the authorities deal one on one with their parents and hold them accountable. I would think there are far more SG teenagers NOT involved than were. I do like the idea of turning the tables on the board and pm holding them accountable.

Carl, it's the responsiblity of the PARENT to keep an eye on their offspring. It's between the police, parents and kids. "Never say never" is what I tell parents. Oh, little Johnny would never do this, or that. Maybe little Johnny/Suzy might get into trouble. Whether they live in SG or timbukto, it's not the boards responsiblity nor pm to deal with the kids in trouble. PARENTS are the ones who are accountable.

You are too busy trying to argue against my comment that you completely overlooked the sentence where I stated "If you caught the teenagers in the act then let the authorities deal one on one with their parents and hold them accountable". Where you get off on your crazy tangent is beyond me.I am all for holding them all (parents AND teenagers) accountable.

When I said to turn the tables and hold the board and pm accountable I meant hold them accountable for their actions and lack of when it comes to their stupid decisions. I didn't mean hold the board and pm accountable for what the teenagers are doing. Please!!!! My beef is the board lumping all SG teenagers together. get off your high horse. Calm down, stop looking for a reason to argue and read the post completely before commenting.

Why say teenagers most likely caused the problems? Teenagers were generalized in the article as trouble makers.
