Looking for information on the formation of Powellsburgh, orginally located abt. 2.5 miles S/E of the present Town of Green. the first postmaster was Simon McKenzie, and the first store was owned by E. B. Powell.(possibilly Elias Benton Powell)
I have been in touch with the KCHC, but need more information. Can anyone there help me with this.
