My realtor in Palm Desert says the values in real estate may not recover for a decade... except in highest brackets. More foreclosures and short sales each and every month.
If Pelosi regains the House, Obama is re elected and they remove the interest deduction for "second homes' the impact will be devastating for every aspect of the economy for the entire area.
Either way, exciting times ahead for us all.
