Very good....but only in certain counties.
hmm never thought about it, I suppose that means it is legal on the federal level as well, or at least not a specific federal law outlawing it. They would have less to do to change than then the same sex folks did.

But I am not sure I have noticed much of a prostitute lobby ;)

That's right. When the so-called decent ones who keep to themselves finally take out the garbage, then I'll give them a listen.
They don't take out their garbage, and the neighborhood stinks. I want them outta here.
Anything else confusing you, Brainiac?
Well, there's something that confuses me. Since you sloganeering imbeciles claim to be inclusive and caring and for the rights of women, why do fat girls still wait by the phone on a Saturday night?
You assclowns are nothing but talkers. You're not equal in my book. You're lowlife troublemakers and rabble-rousers and you breathe my air.
Thank me.
Here laughing boy, err..I mean skid mark..smell this ..*FART*..

Oh BTW speaking of fat girls..Wifey know your using her computer to be on a gay chat? better delete the history closet case.

Why do you wish to convert the United States into a Orwellian androgynous People's socialistic republic where free speech is not allowed?
We donít, nor will we allow you to. This is a nation of law, where freedom, justice and equality are of primary importance. You can talk all you want, we donít arrest bigots for talking, unless they commit crimes against the rights of others.

Not everyone has to be like you, look like you marry like you, or even ( dare I say ) speak the same language as you. This is a free country

First Circuit court of appeals: "Although the House Report is filled with encomia to heterosexual marriage, DOMA does not increase benefits to opposite-sex couples--whose marriages may in any event be childless, unstable or both--or explain how denying benefits to same-sex couples will reinforce heterosexual marriage. Certainly, the denial will not affect the gender choices of those seeking marriage. This is not merely a matter of poor fit of remedy to perceived problem, Lee Optical, 348 U.S. at 487-88; City of Cleburne, 473 U.S. at 446-50, but a lack of any demonstrated connection between DOMA's treatment of same-sex couples and its asserted goal of strengthening the bonds and benefits to society of heterosexual marriage."

So... Big whoop... Same-sex marriage doesn't benefit opposite-sex marriage. Should it?

I doubt same-sex marriage will have a positive impact on the price of tea in China either.

The purpose of providing rights and protections to same-sex couples is to benefit THOSE couples, not opposite-sex couples.

Freedom is the power to do what we should do, not what we want to do.

Imposing an imposter relationship on marriage and family is wrong.

Aaannnnnd you are desperately playing dumb to avoid an irrefutable point. That's okay, I'm happy to stuff it in your face.
Marriage needs protection to prevent pregnancy unless age or a medical condition prevents it. Why would anyone need to require it? This procreation condition, best engaged within a committed relationship sets it as unique among all other human relationships.
Moreover, this special potential has distinguished marriage in every single culture in human history!
SS couples NEVER are subject to that issue! In fact, gay couples need protection just to abusively mimic intercourse.
When children were removed from consideration in divorce, society saw a horrendous rise in divorce and single parent homes, to the devastating detriment of children. Legalizing abortion was the next governmental intervention, again at the expense of 40 million children's lives. Now you want us to believe that a government intervention in another cultural standard will benefit children???
You play dumb well because you are an idiot.
Same-sex marriage benefits children who reside in a home where they have same-sex parents. It protects insurance issues and other financial issues. It allows a parent to stay home with a sick child or spouse without the fear of losing their job. It protects inheritances that would otherwise be largely consumed by the IRS. It provides a home environment into which children can be adopted.

There are many aspects of same-sex marriage that protect children.

And for the umpteenth time, monogamous, same-sex couples do not need protection to engage in intercourse. Just like monogamous heterosexual couples do not need protection to engage in intercourse.

Well, that's not exactly true. You guys have to worry about getting knocked up unless you use some kind of protection--or unless your wife's eggs have turned to dust (like some women I know).

Your marriage is a "mutually sterile, pointlessly opposite gendered half of marriage".

Sorry, late to the conversation. Exactly how does a same sex marriage benefit children in their growth and developement? How does a boy relate to two ladies and a girl to two men? I see a huge problem with this.

Those protections are already available to default parents.

As one doctor said, "Condoms and too much lub is almost enough for safe sex." You are being deadly irresponsible to deny that fact.

Guys don't get 'knocked up'.

Eggs don't 'turn to dust'.

There is, as usual, not one thing true in your post.

Smile.

Are you out of your mind?!!!! there is nothing good about raising kids in a homosexual household. As far as benefits it will take a complete overhall to bring all paper work and documents up to the latest laws for homos. I think the gay cult should pay for the new forms.

We can blame him/her for the up coming expenses of the unisex tranny restrooms in the bublic schools. She will be responsible for these kids that will be tormented at school and any where they go.
