Oh sugar, I go much deeper than the law.
At its most basic essence, marriage is a cross cultural constraint on evolutionary mating behavior.
Any law that avoids that fact is a bad law.
Which is why we often have to arrest and imprison religious fanatics that "go deeper than the law" and choose their petty belief systems and ignore our laws.

So if a state voted to make murder and rape legal and you lived in that state you would be ok with will of voters being done????
YOU CAN NOT VOTE TO TAKE AWAY RIGHTS AND PERSONAL FREEDOM IDIOT......
And if you are dumb enough to think that murder and rape would ever be legalized you really are a dope.

again, kim, merely your OPINION. that is not the law.

your OPINION about the law being "bad" (your word, not mine) is just that, OPINION.

in short, ya still got NADA, kim. your ego doesn't allow you to differentiate between the law (which has standing in a court of law) and your opinion (which, in case you need to be reminded) has no baring in a court case.

just pointing out that you, as always, have no point, legalistically speaking.
show us a law (local, state or federal) regulating mating behaivior that is enacted to allow only married people to give birth. this would then link procreation as a requirement to obtain a marriage license. unless you can prove that, then you might have a point. until then, nada.
so, you STILL got NADA, kim.
And you say I don't get it? You have no idea about the statement that you are answering to.

You don't see the point though do you? Point is you cant have laws that take away or keep away rights and freedoms....
Uh like traffic laws that don't allow me the freedom to haul ass all over town, or the laws that won't let me kill my neighbors dog that keeps crapping my yard, or just killing my neighbor and his dog? That's what laws do dumdass they keep people from doing things they may think are right but 'society' frowns on them. How's the juice this morning?

We arrest 'fanatics' not because of their religious beliefs but because of the other laws they disobey. We give people the right to protest in a pieceful way, NOT to riot during their protest.

Just shows your ignorance and b.s. you are entertaining us with. If you were stuck on a boat in the middle of the ocean with 12 other people and you had (say) cholera, your personal rights to stay on that boat and infect all of the other people (society) you'd be swimming. Probably why you really ain't an ex-vet you lying puke turdd, the first time you said "but sarge. I don't wanna do that, let everyone else go" you'd be done. Guess you really don't know that huh, huh?
