The simple fact is, the Christian West stands out.
Because they had monks that preserved a tiny little bit of what Christians destroyed setting man back a thousand years?

I will agree that is the most positive thing Christianity has ever done, they did a tiny little piece of damage control on their own catastrophe, preserving one thousandths of what they had destroyed

For you information, God did not cause these things of children being born with diseases, or homosexuals born that way or whatever, but if you read your Bible in the Book of Genesis, he says he made everything perfect and then woman decided to eat of the fruit that God told her not to eat and then she gave it to the man, then because they ate of the fruit, then SIN came into to world. God set the world in motion and told man that he was to Obey His Commandments, and he did communicate many times in the Old Testament to His Prophets, but sin became a continual sin and then God only communicated through His Word through the Prophets. There are more ways to sin today because there are more things available to cause them to sin as they did not have in the Old testament, such as watchng filthy movies, watching filthy channels on TV, Pornography etc. God does not cause anyone to sin, for he loves us and he only wants us to Obey our Hearts and if you search your Hearts, you will know if you are a Christian what is good and what is bad for us. When Jesus died, he said "IT IS FINISHED", he said all he could and did all he could to save his people and still they would not obey Him, but there is a remnant that do obey and those are the ones that receive His Son Jesus to help us live the way he created in the beginning. Jesus Blood is what saved us, but we are bought with a price of His Blood, so we MUST be in tune with the Holy Spirit in everything that we do and then we can live the life that God intended us to live when he Created Man in he first place. If you do not want to believe any of this, we cannot do anything about it and we would never try to push Christ on anyone, but if your Heart is telling you that you want to live a Christ Like Life, then receive Him as your Savior and he will help you change your life.

Civilized societies are guided by the rule of law, specifically law not bound to any religious beliefs. The more religion is involved, the less civilized the society is, true all through history.

Whoever kookaa is, We are telling you right now that we will not allow you to change our posts of what we actually have been saying. This is something that is NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL. We would never change anything that you say, so what kind of person are you anyway? For anyone on the forum, would you allow people to change your words and direct something that you said be changed to be evil? I do not think so. Just because we do not agree does not give you any right whatsoever to do such things. We want this so stop immediately. There is such a thing as defamation of character and I do know that there are ones out there that have tried to defame our character. We ourselves really do not care what you say about us to our face, but when you print things that defame people, you are going to far. Why do most of you feel that it is necessary to call people names? When you have discussions and if you are upset about something someone says, you can be upset and maybe let people know without defaming people and calling them a F word with a ho with it or other bad comments, can't you just say, I am sorry to disagree, but this is what I believe and think? You all know who you are and we certainly did not get on this forum to call people names. We do not live that kind of life. On post #211485 kookaa used the word blather and also the knife cuts both ways, sunshine. That is not acceptable at all. We have just as much right to be on this forum as everyone else does. I think that this subject of prop. 8 and homosexuality needs for people to give their own view, but did not expect ones to change what we have said.

It is like you saying the world would have been worse off without Hitler, or Stalin.
The destruction of knowledge at Alexandria set the human race back a thousand years or more.
Different cultures may have "blamed" each other throughout history for that fire. I doubt that you know for sure what was in that library that would have set us back a thousand years. The library's main purpose was to show off the wealth of Egypt, with research as a lesser goal. I don't know how a library showing off wealth set us back at all. That's like saying because of that fire, we are not flying around like Star Trek or something. Crazy.

People can only change the posts in replying. Don't worry about it. Did they change any of your posts about supporting the hate group save CA? Or any of your posts about your hatred for homosexuals? You have said some very mean things here, you should expect some words back at you.

Do all you queersies read 'religion' into all moral values?? Morals are dictated by society, yes most religions try and follow or have their own values but I never referred to religion in any of my posts. You're an idiot!
