Hell...Reagan slashed tax rates for the rich to the lowest in 50 years, continued to spend like a drunk sailor and by the time George HW Bush left office they had quadrupled the national debt.

Bill Clinton left a balanced budget with surpluses projected till the debt would have been zero and along came slow walkin', slow talkin' oil man W Bush. He cut tax rates twice using reconciliation to block Democrat opposition, started two wars....one totally unnecessary, continued to spend at an ever increasing rate and doubled the debt his daddy and Reagan left. Just what part of all the Republican bullshit is it that you people don't understand?

Reagan cut taxes for his rich buddies to the lowest they had been since the depression years, continued to spend at a never ending higher rate and by the time GHW Bush left office in 1993 they had quadrupled the national debt from less than $1 trillion to more than $4 trillion. Shucks.....you give me $3 trillion 1980's dollars and I could run the shop. The standard argument is that everybody got a tax cut.....yeah, they showed some facts and figures back in the mid 1980's and a millionaire could buy a new Mercedes with his savings and a normal worker from the middle class could buy a muffler for one with his. I was one of the muffler crew.

Anybody who fails to see that all this flow to the top 1% has been funded with money borrowed from foreign banks is really in a pitiful state of being. "Trickle Down" didn't work unless you think it was that warm urine that ran down the working man's back.

Two wrongs does not make it right. Obama has been a failure of a president, making even Jimmy Carter's presidency look great.

Just give us a tax cut and a tax rebate. People are hurting and the agenda goes on. Right now there is steam coming out of the ears of many voters over obamacare as presently constructed. Many of the same voters who have steam coming out of their ears pulled the Democratic lever in the last election. Let see if they do the same in November. To be a masochist for pride is suicide.

Remember, the Dem congress promised Reagan domestic cuts. Didn't happen. And Clinton was on his way to being another one term bust as his first two years was nothing but lies as compared to his campaign. The Repubs winning big in the 1994 mid terms saved his bacon and put him on a more common sense path. Even with that, a lot of smoke and mirrors was used to mask the deficit using the funny money s its base. Also cuts to the military, capital gains tax receipts maxing out as the aging baby boomers peaked and started to slow down spending in his last year of office also helped out. Well playing games with teh funny money and interest rate bonds loans and purchasing other currencies and selling the same can only get you so far. The demographics look bad for the next quarter century or so and the progressives have put us on a course of higher and higher taxes on the backs of the working class with the younger ones being forced to pay the freight as the boomers have had their wealth stolen to pay for everyone and they will live more austere lives for the rest of their years in higher and higher percentages. Another housing collapse will happen as the first one was not sufficient to clean up the mess, but enough to screw over anyone who paid down their debts.

I find it amusing that your poopoo posts are the once that are always getting removed yet no1 feels the need to publicly notify you that they "flagged" your post. It actually works against you as %99 of your posts stalking le Jimbo and claiming "flagged" never get removed.... Maybe, like most things in life, you just dont get it and cant figure it out on your own. Someday kiddo, maybe someday.

Quit living in the past. Obama is now America's clear and present danger!
Obama's time is ticking away and there is nothing the Faux Marine can do about it and its got his undies in a bunch. Just expect more and more hatefull and biased garbage to be spewed as time ticks away. Time waits for no one.
