CATHEDRAL CITY POLICE HAVE STOLEN MORE THAN oONE HUNRED THOUSAND DOLLARS AND MY HOME FROM ME, PARTICIPATED IN FALSE ARRESTS, PHYSICAL ABUSE, CONSPIRACY AND COLLUSION, AND REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO MAKE COMPLAINTS,ALL TO PROTECT TWO OFFICERS.

Sergeant Charles Robinson, and Captain Kevin Connor

This complaint is made against Cathedral City California Police Department, and all mentioned police officers, and with the intent to make a companion report to The U.S. Department of Justice; Special Litigation Section, and call a Grand Jury for misconduct, abuse under color of law, and possible RICO charges.

For the rest of my story and this complaint read:

I can back her up that the CCPD is a corrupt department. My 14 year old brother was tazed in the head by an officer. For shoplifting. While my brother was wrong for doing what he did it is becoming a his word vs. the officers word. My brother had to have multiple surgeries to fix his face from the exploded sinuses and kocked out teeth. 14 years old.

Cathedral City Police Officers are the best of the best. There instructions, There Pride, There Motivation keeps this city in place and i agree with Oakland. Sandra your brother should have done what the police officer instructed him to do. For your brother safety and the police officers saftey. Seems to me that the shoplifter was trying to get away or trying to fight the police officer.

I disagree 100% with all you people that think CCPD are the best of the best, that's complete bullshit. They don't do their damn job correctly and their soooo damn crooked it's unbelievable. I mean, don't get me wrong, there are a lot of good officers but majority are pitty. My dad was a victim of a murder case back in '02 while my sis, aunt, cousin and I were witnessing. The assholes that killed him came to our home, shot my dad numerous times in the side and back, ran.. turned themselves in and claimed self defense.. how in GODS name is that self defense? I strongly believe that CCP tampered with the evidence to create their own story. I mean, my dad wasnt the most innocent man, he was a notorious drug dealer. But that doesn't define him as a person. My dad is laying in a coffin in the ground and these guys didn't even do an inch of time for this crime, and not because they're innocent, but because CCP didn't do they're job correctly!! no court, no testifying. It's just sooo sad. Thats my dad.. someone's husband.. someone's brother... someone's son. And to have no justice brought upon these evil people... i have no respect for CCP. they'll always see me with my middle finger in the air at them! and thats a guarantee!

I know her brother, and he did not deserved to be tazed, I was shot one day and that exact same officer said I deserved to be shot.

CCPD is a CORRUPT DEPT! I am a registered and valid California medicinal marijuana user and was stopped for a speeding violation by Officer Robles. Upon sensing my medication, the officer pulled me out of my car, demanded that I step on and destroy my medicine in front of him and the whole busy Highway 111. Upon presenting my medicinal license, Officer Robles went on to state that "that isn't valid nor does it work" as well as "that does not fly here"

Please note that I have had encounters where my rights were respected by both Palm Springs Police Department and the Riverside County Sherrif's Dept.

Shame on you Robles, if you one day find yourself terminally ill with cancer and end up relying on marijuana to ease the pain, i wish you many of the same encounters you chose to do unto others.

CCDP is a waste of tax payers money. I don't know what they are doing..... I do know they are not doing their job. One allowed parents and children to play flag football in the middle of a very busy street of our neiborhood. the same neiborhood that a kid was hit by a car and killed. It seems that they have no interest in doing their jobs. THey discust me. My family has worked in the department of corrections for years. CCPD is a discrace. and what is your point? that just because a person sells drugs, its okay to go to their place of residence and kill them in cold blood. stfu! who in the hell are you to judge someone by their lifestyle? whether he sold drugs or not.. he is a fucking human being just like your retarded ass.. you do not know the whole story so you shouldnt comment on it. dumbass. crying about a family loss? you obviously dont have children or dont give a damn about your own parents... how would you feel if someone MURDERED your mother or father and justice was not served on the ones who killed them. when the hell does it make it okay to kill another person? me wake up? you are the one who has no idea what your talking about... and you sound real stupid telling me that i said myself he wasnt innocent... i said he wasnt the most innocent person... still.. does that make it okay? this was not over a drug deal, okay? this was just MURDER.. 187.. you know what i mean.. no drugs involved.. so know more about what your talking about before you say rude, cold hearted comments like that you fucking prick.. and still i say fuck cat city cops.. they can all rot, fuckin crooked bitches. justice will be served. and to all of you that think because he wasnt the perfect example of a man, its okay that there was no justice... look beyond that... and think of you being a 12 yr old again and watching someone kill your father.. and never getting tried for murder.. im 20 yrs old now and i still dont go a day without thinking of that day.. it plays over and over. so dont be an ass and comment back right away n say he deserved it and im an idiot for crying about it.... put yourself in the position ...and if your still feel the same... you have no heart and all i can say to that is GOOD LUCK!!

I am sorry for your loss; however, your father's lifestyle placed his and your safety at risk. Although it is extremely unfortunate your father was killed in cold blood, the positive side is you can learn from his mistakes, make better decisions and lead a better, more honest life... A crime free life so you don't have to always be looking over your shoulder. You have observed what the potential consequences are for illegal activity. How many unknown people died As a result of the drugs your father provided? Have you ever thought of that? You will never know. It is apparent you may benefit from some individual counseling to help you deal with this rage you exhibit. Although the police may have mishandled the case, all people come before god to be judged. Let your fathers soul rest in peace, and I hope you find clarity.

I am a 49 year old mother of two who has owned a business and lived here since 1986. I have received 2 tickets from 1986 up to June 2009. Then I got a BIG surprise in the mail, a $500 (with traffic school) rolling red light photo enforced ticket at the Landau and Ramon intersection. If I had run a red light endangering myself or other people but I was on Ramon taking a right on Laudau while Landau southbound cars were making left and right turns. I Calif. stopped and rolled, which was perfectly safe and at many intersections I would have a green arrow. I spent many sleepless nights and researched the internet to find a strategy to fight what I thought was an extremely excessive fine for a first offense! I was so angry I couldn't sleep at night and the stress and anxiety over how I was going to pay for this. If I fought it, I would still have to shell out the $500 and then they would decide whether I was guilty or not and maybe return my $ but I couldn't afford to fight it or not fight it. I worked overtime and borrowed some money and paid it and went to traffic school. Then about 6 months ago I was driving southbound on CatCanyon and they radared me going 50 in a 40 in a speed trap. That MF'er cost $377 no traffic school eligible. Then 2 weeks ago I made a left from Melrose drive onto 111 and I DID STOP AT THE STOP SIGN, but these cold hearted revenue generating SOB's gave me another ticket. I told the robotic cop that he could fuck off and ever since then all I see are cops everywhere and now I hate them. I think becuz of the budget cuts we are being taxed and targeted to fill the government coffers and I am pissed...anyone else?

Looks like three CCPD officers placed on administrative leave in the last 30 days, maybe one the guts who gave you a ticket. Anyway they are having some sleepless nights also .

Jessica, you should seek answers from the Riverside County District Attorney's Office. The D.A.'s office is the organization that determines if cases make it to trial and prosecution not the police departments. Anyhow, good luck with your quest for answers.
