I just have a question, as it has been quite a while since I lived in the area.... isn't there many cab services in that area? Why are there so many dui's?

its 1 cab service, but people here have no care in the world about driving drunk. it never fails when i look in the paper every morning and see at least 5 to 10 DUI's! I don't know wut it will take for people to just call a cab or a friend to drive them home. maybe it will take someone to kill a close family of theirs while drink and and driving.
Seriously
