This is one of the most stupid wastes of money and time. Why can't the officials just bite the bullet and get this bridge replaced? To wait for almost 5 years makes no sense. In 5 years that $13 million will cost $18 million. The people who cross that bridge need it now. Why spend $12,000 to repair a bridge that will be replaced? Just replace it! Our government can waste more money studying things to death. If we need it, do it. It's as simple as that.

let's just keep putting band aids on the problem instead of fixting it. they will wait for more people to get injured before anything gets done.
