This is 1 case of so,so,many cases of victims FAILED BY THE SYSTEM,there is no system except for the CRIMINALS JUSTICE SYSTEM. Judges, prosecutors, lawyers who up hold this system, one day will meet their fate just like those in the movie Law Abiding Citizen. That is true justice.Parole officers are my favorite, thanks to them murderers, rapists, pedophiles are back out on the streets to continue the carnage. The system is beyond f***** up.To see first
hand, what is NOT ON YOUR SIDE, be the victim, then you will see exactly what I'm talking about. My own experience, nothing major happened,my car was stolen 3 years ago,I'm still owed restitution from one of the perpetrators,I seen the dicking around I got from this, first hand.So being a victim to a violent crime I am not,but seeing the news, reading the paper
of what happens in the world on a daily basis is beyond sickening as to what CRIMINALS
have at their disposal, compared to the VICTIM.

Tragedy, crisis, emotions torn by murder of the innocent.

That's why Arizona has the new immigration law.

A rancher named Robert Krentz was killed by someone who crossed the border from Mexico a few months ago.

That aroused public opinion and government repsonded.

The Arizona law did not create any new government agencies.

Here in Pennsylvania child abuse deaths are driving this desire to create a new children's advocate to watch the local child protection agencies that are failing.

How big with this new office get and how much will it cost?????

I smell emotion driven desire to centralize government power, indeed I do.

Its like when children are killed and a gun is involved, we need to have some new gun law or gun registration etc. etc.....

"Petri added that the ombudsman will have the power to (((((require))))) various agencies to communicate with each other, for a child's welfare". Required to talk to each other. If they were doing their jobs, they would be more than willing to talk to each other. Don't need ANOTHER do nothing agency. If the personnel within the various agencies WILL NOT talk to each other, dismiss THEM and find someone who WILL talk. Just more money down the rat hole due to incompetence. Approve this agency and in a few years, create ANOTHER agency to oversee THEM! Ah, big government anyone???
