Tuscany at Innisbrook board recall effort an attempt to cover up misappropriation of association funds? You decide.
In an attempt to expose deception, dishonesty, and manipulations spread by Lisa and Greg Moser and “the freedom fighters,” Ameri-Tech Community Management, Inc. underwent a complete CPA audit of the books of Tuscany at Innisbrook in Palm Harbor, FL. A community successfully managed by Ameri-Tech Community Management, Inc. for 7 years. Greg and Lisa Moser own a unit at Tuscany at Innisbrook. Under Ameri-Tech management, Tuscany at Innisbrook has kept association dues low and maintained continuity in the community. Homeowner dues have not increased in over 5 years. Not only are the association dues low in the community, Ameri-Tech Community management collects less than market rate for a management company for their services. Recently, two homeowners at Tuscany headed up a “freedom fighting” movement spreading lies, libel, and slander about Mike Perez, the CEO of Ameri-Tech companies, who also sat on the board at Tuscany. Inaccuracies were also spread about other board members by the “freedom fighters.” Why would they do such a thing? We asked the same question. Let’s examine the facts. While the complete audit of Tuscany’s books, which took several weeks, did not reveal any wrongdoing on behalf of Ameri-Tech Community management nor Michael Perez, it did reveal a hidden secret about the Lisa and Greg Moser who headed up the “freedom fighters.” Lisa and Greg Moser left their Tuscany at Innisbrook unit vacant for a total of 21 months with no electricity. The negligence caused extensive mold growth in the unit. It is agreed that the Moser’s and/or the Moser’s insurance company would be responsible for the mold remediation an repairs, right? Well that is not what happened here. The Moser’s bamboozled the LCAM to pay the bill out of association funds, a nearly $40,000 bill. Who do you think paid the $40,000 to repair the inside of the Moser’s unit? That’s right, the homeowners at Tuscany at Innisbrook in Palm Harbor. The board, and Ameri-Tech began an investigation on the payment out of association funds, and it was at the time, the Moser’s let the “freedom fighter” movement to have the board recalled. Coincidence? The Moser’s also contacted their insurance company to not release any information about the claim they placed and contacted the company who did the repairs and also instructed them not to release any information. What are you hiding Mr. & Mrs. Moser? Did you not only get your unit paid for by misappropriation of association funds, but did you ALSO collect from your insurance company? It appears that is the case, and the reason for the movement to recall the board. The Moser’s went as far as knocking on every door in the community and telling homeowners that if they didn’t sign the board recall, they were going to be assessed! Absolutely not true and a blatant manipulation. Mike Perez respectfully resigned from the Tuscany at Innisbrook board because the Moser’s antics were too much. The ethical question here is, will the current board serve its homeowners and continue the investigation to recoup the association’s funds from the Moser’s?

Darleen, you make the unit owners out to be idiots. Serious concerns were raised by the "Freedom Fighters", including the sale of a development owned unit to the "DarDar" trust, which includes you, and Mike Perez, and Guju the attorney, for TEN dollars. You also neglect to mention that all of you work for mike Perez. How about the owner of the management company (Mike Perez) sitting on the board of the condominium complex? Conflict of Interest anybody? It was time to clean house, and anybody with any common sense knew it. Please take your sour grapes allegations and go away. Pillage some other condo development please.

Oh and also, how about the hundred thousand of our money that Ameritech was set to make off the roof replacement that was both unneeded, and that would have lowered the value of our units. How much of that were you slated to get?
