[This happened to me and I did report it the the DPR (Department of Professional Regulations) initially they seemed to care but as the case went further and further up the food chain, GUESS WHAT doctors friends sit on the board. I agree these physicians do need to be stopped but their resources are endless. I have been trying to get my case reheard and it looks like I have finally found the right individual to do that. NO WOMAN should have to tolerate this kind of behavior from those types of physicians.]][How come the simple, obvious answer never seems to materialize. If these allegations are true then why don't these women file the complaints with the Florida Board of Medicine and let's get this thing straightened out. I suppose if Dr. Dhaliwal would write a big enough check to each of these ladies that all this would just go away.
Come on ladies. Do it right. File the complaints with the board and then, if the guy is guilty (and only then), you can say and feel that you've helped society. At that point you can go for the cash.
[I'll be waiting to see what happens.

BIGOT!
While it's very easy to call names, it takes a little thought to form whole sentences.

I think what he meant by " US" doctors was......people who share our values and ethics. It's not a racial statement to say, people from different backgrounds have different morals than people born in U.S. In some cases, they may even be higher. In todays pandering, pathetic , politicaly correct world we are so quick to pull a race card, or call some agency to save the world.

The problem here is not racial, it's moral. Here is a person who took an oath, and with that oath comes a certain amount of trust from the public. If it were only one lady, I may be inclined to believe that it was a ploy for money. However, when more than one woman speaks up, it's usually legit.

Without a doubt, this doctor should be charged criminaly. With any luck, these women will be compensated, and he will get a fitting sentence. IMHO

So are you filing a police report also ........ or did he just not find you attractive enough?
Are you so attractive that you get fondled by women?

I am an elderly woman, when I was his patient he never, ever had anyone with him. and yes, I was not attractive enough for him to make a pass. Does a doctor have a right to do this? It is not a compliment, it is abuse.

If I was a young girl and he did do this to me, I would go to the police, a Dr is just a man, not a god. He has no right to violate a woman's body.

He got angry one day and yelled at me, and when I was too scared to answer, he got in my face and yelled, "I said nothing!, Do you hear me, nothing" this he yelled several times. his face looked scary. I never went back to see him I was afraid.

I don't think he likes women, he thinks they are lower class humanity. He was very nice to my husband Who is older than myself.

Then you were the young lady who sat and listened to him keep yelling at me, even when I waited to pay my bill, he glared at me and you ignored him. This was about 5 1/2 years ago in the Holiday office, just after Dr. George left.

I went to see him 4 or 5 times and there was never a nurse in the room with us. Me being in my 60s there was no reason.

I feel and belive that all the allegations against Dr Dhaliwal are false. He is a verybusy doctor with mulktiple clinics pratcing for more than 15 years. He is a smart businessman and would never do anything to jeoperdie his busuiness and leicense. and we all know that with the kind of money, doctors make these days,he can pay for the best and get it anywahre .

Hello, Russell from Spain. I'm a US medical student. I was born here, but I have a number of classmates from other cultures. I also know plenty of US citizens studying medicine in other countries. I'd like to say they are all good people, but the reality is that most but not all of them are. Do you think that if women saw "a US Doctor" there would be less of these scenarios? There are plenty of US doctors out there accused of molesting their patients. Regardless of what country they are from, where they go to school, or whether they take the Hippocratic Oath or not, an oath is only as strong as the moral fiber of the person taking it or as strong as their fear of legal repercussions.
Sure, someone's culture affects how they interact with and perceive the world but it's well-established that a doctor who practices in the US is not allowed to fondle patients. Whether or not this particular doctor is guilty remains to be decided, but it's naive to think finding a doctor who is not only trained in the US, but was born and raised here is going to make you safer.
Some things that will make you safer is taking the time to find a reputable doctor you feel comfortable with and realizing that you are empowered to request a same-gender chaperone during exams.

This is regarding your comment to Sandy. Whether you are in his office or at the hospital in the ICU either way what this Dr. is doing is totally unacceptable. It is not a matter of the man finding anyone attractive (and yes I did pick up on your smart alecness to Sandy). He is a sick individual to do this anywhere and he thinks he can get away with this behavior. He should have to pay settlements to each and every woman he has ever laid a hand on in a wrongful manner AND he should lose his medical liscense & never be able to practice medicine ANYWHERE in the U.S. The problems that are surrounding this docotor have been evolving for many years. It is about time justice is served for these women. I wish them all the best of luck.

Russell, your question and comment is utterly nonsensical! There are plenty of "US" doctors who act inappropriately. Nation of birth is irrelevant in determining whether or not a doctor would act unethically. Many top notch, highly skilled doctors are born and/or trained in other countries.

I heard thru the grapewine that one of the complainant accusing the doctor has voluntarily taken the case back. Looks like there is no truth to any of the complainant's statements. Now they are getting when being cross examined. Will this doctor have a case against all these women for defamation???? These women may have nothing to pay for big judgements.

He hired me after I finished my externship with him when Brenda worked there. During my couple of years I saw that he was completely professional with the staff and patients.
