The woman that crossed three lanes of traffic and went in front of him should be criminally charged. He sould still be alive if she would have used DUE CARE when making her u-TURN regardless of his rate of speed

I lost a good buddy in a two vehicle collision on Moog Rd. in Holiday in 1998. My buddy was at fault, but anyone who knew him understand sometimes people make mistakes. This guy sounds like he had many friends and loving relatives. R.I.P, and God bless those who are grieving.
