I currently live in Illinois and I am very interested in moving to Palm Harbor, FL. I've been hearing more and more lately about the influx of alligators in Florida. Could you tell me if there is an influx of alligators in Palm Harbor and if they are posing a threat to the public? If there is a threat, is anything being done to control the situation?

You have more of a chance of getting killed in Joliet on the east side than that of being attacked yet alone killed by an alligator, make your move, don't worry about alligators!

...on the flip side however, you have more of a chance of encountering an alligator than being able to find homeowner's insurance
