IBM & Microsoft un-American

We've all heard the word un-American used over the last few years in politics. I have never really liked the use of the word nor believe one side of politics is un-American and the other is not.
I was very impressed recently with Barry Diller's comment that corporations who aren't hurting for money should not layoff workers for quick returns to share holders.
In this recession we must all pull together. I do believe a company like IBM and Microsoft with over $30B in the bank with IBM stating a great year is expected for 2009 do not have to cut people. These types of companies are being un-American.
I say this fulling knowing that the shareholders and the wealthy control our country.
Come on IBM, Microsoft and others. Keep people employed.
