Sounds to me like just a horrible, horrible accident. You have a high, smart-ass kid who's f****** around with a gun, being a big shot in front of his friends and the gun discharges. Very sad and the result is the same but...it was an accident. Not intentional.

yeah right it was an accident , straight up BS< dude needs to be punished to the maximum extent of the law. poor kid that was killed, lost his whole life. look at the article the other kid would have been shot in the nuts if he didnt put his hand there. another teen loser pot head. it seems that nowadays ALL teens or approximately 95% of teens are straight up lazy do nothing pot heads that dont work, and all they do is pinch people sacks they get for them to get their daily stash. ridiculous, their parents arent making them do anything positive with their lives, we should start charging the parents also. the parent in most cases, are providing them with money daily, because they actually work, and it is easier for them to get rid of the kids by giving them 50 bucks to go buy an 1/8 instead of keeping them home and being parents. what a shame, send them to fish for King Crab in the Bering Sea on Government Crab Boats, what an idea, like a floating boot camp. if they mess up 60 seconds in the water, and poof societys problem gone. Just make space at the cemetary.
