Local News - Palm Coast Deadly Home Invasion

A suspect is killed during a shootout after an attempted home invasion. A Palm Coast homeowner says he opened fire after an unidentified man came into his home through an unlocked front door.

That is another good thing about Florida law, a person (or his family) who breaks in to your home can no longer sue if he is killed or injured during the break in.

Learned this at a class to get a gun permit.

Hey under the doctor castle law he is exempt from any legal or civil actions. Thats why harry does not like this law he can't punish the victims for defending them selfs or property.Google the florida doctor castle law. Its a great new law we now have.The victims can now stand their ground and take what ever action is needed .We can thank Jeb Bush for helping pass this law.
