Parkinson's sufferer, 71, may be forced to retake driver's test

A 71-year-old Parkinson's sufferer who told police he hadn't slept in two days could be forced to retake the state driver's exam after slamming into several garbage cans, a light pole and a deputy's private car before the deputy pulled him out of his vehicle at gunpoint Tuesday morning.

Thank god no body was hurt. I have had way to many encounters with these old farts driving like assholes and getting a slap on the wrist because they old. There should be no special treatment for the elderly when they are behind the wheel of a "weapon". There are too many old people on the road who are not qualified to drive. Finally the state is actually looking to do something about this problem. I salute the deputy. are
