Good why should she get off scott free. I am sick of these people who bought investment homes and can't sell them so they move 4 familys in the residence so they can pay their mortgage. It is completly disrespectful to the neighbors who live in the neighborhood. I hope this changes something cause god knows when you call code inforcment they always seem to have an excuse to do nothing for you.

Well their doing a great job! I just got My second violation for a "junk car under tarp" that doesn't exist. The notice is marked September 27 2007 and states I must comply by September 22 2007. In case you think it was mistake the notice was stuck to my door with a thumb tac. I think the car must be covered with a cloak of invisibility not just a normal tarp. So What I'm going to do is wander around my lard until I bump into it then I'll get my buddy Clark Kent to fly around the earth faster than the speed of light. So he can go back in time to September 21 and remove the offending stealth automobile before the 22. It shouldn't be hard for him He's really strong!
See how easy it is to comply when you really try! I can't wait until They have guns & hand cuffs

although i agree they need to be more aggressive about important issues.i have a 250.000 dollor home and there are homes around me that are going to hell. although i have spoke to the owners they dont give a rats ass.i have called code on them serveral times and nothing has been done.the people nest to me thier trees are hanging over my house. they seem to not want to do anything about it.so what do i do cut it down and get sued or get into one hell of a fight with neighbors. the city of palm bay needs to focus on important issues.not for a damn car or boat.they need to get down on these people who are causing our city to look bad and by the way i live on BURMAN LN PALM BAY if any city person reads this.I got a jungle on one side of me and snake ville on the other.some one please help

Update the city has relented and agreed the nonexistent car is not a violation I have agreed not to have nonexistent cars in the future.They are complaining about my boat now. Get this even though it's registered they say thats not enough I have to demonstrate it's operational. Yes I have to take code enforcement on a boat ride.
NO I'M NOT KIDDING!
Any one thinking of moving to Brevard please know Palmbay is considered by people in the area the wost place to live in the county. We pay the highest taxes for which we receive not services the roads are barely paved. For God sake if your going to buy one of the thousands of empty spec houses look to Melbourne instead. Here wast and corruption are ramped our code enforcement officers sell cocaine, the fire fighters grow weed. well you can look up Mayor Mazziotti's checkered past for your self.

Corruption beyond belief in Palm Bay, maybe we should ask President Bush to send US Military Troop to Palm Bay, Florida for violations of Human Rights. Why send troop to Iraq? The Palm Bay Police falsify crimes and invent evidence to prosecute innocent people.
Palm Bay Police are arresting people for lawn care, littering, and completely made-up crimes. Why are we concerned about other countries when evil is right next door on the corner of Minton and Malabar Road.
We need a FEDERAL INVESTIGATION in to the illegal and devious operation of the Palm Bay Police.

cant find my car

code enforcement put a notice to move my tagless jeep within 7 days or they would take it. that was 2 days ago and now it's gone. they gave me 2 of the 7 days they notified me about and then just took it. the car is dead and I was getting rid of it anyway but it still has alot of my things in it. does anyone know where they take these cars?? or who I can call?

I read with interest the comments on the corruption in Palm Bay. I wonder if your Mayor is related to our Mayor, John Zuccarelli? Mr. Zuccarelli was run out of the Garbage Business in New Jersey and moved to our lovely little township of Jupiter Inlet Colony. Like you , he has used Code Enforcement to punish those who ask questions, through his law dog, Chief Benevento. He really blew his stack after an anonymous tip led to the arrest of his imported violent, compulsive, serial, child molester who specializes in 4 to 9 year old little girls. He used his "police" to intimidate people by going door to door to stop residents from spreading the info about his boyfriend. Anytime you want to have a MOST CORRUPT TOWN IN AMERICA contest, we're ready.
