Tecumseh Bartender Sentenced for Serving Alcohol to Man Who Later Died in Crash

A bartender who served alcohol to a 20-year-old who was soon fatally injured in a crash has been sentenced to a year at the Nebraska women's prison in York.

It would be one thing if he had a fake ID and deceived her but she never checked. This was the second time she sold to a minor.

The reason we have a minimum drinking age is because minors do not have the maturity to say when it's enough. Adults are expected to look out for minors in all situations.

Yes, there are a lot of drinkers over 21 that also do not know when they have had enough but an adult should be responsible for their own behavior. I do not agree with making a bartender criminally responsible when an ADULT customer drinks a drives.

do you know jason fisher doesnt evan have an high school deploma....... he made a fake copy of a g.e.d....... then the sherif finnally made him take a lie detector test after realizing how stupid he was and he evan failed the lie detecter test saying he knew his g.ed was a fake....... it explains why he married jenn too now. huh...

If Fisher worked a case against you, it should be overturned because he is a liar, fraud, and a cheat. Not to mention, not a real cop, because if you lie on your cop license application, then it aint real! So fo show, i would file an appeal and get yo case back in court.

I think Fisher did work the interview part of this case and obtained the confession. An appeal is likely in this case as a result.
