Well look_@_the_facts, I certainly don't blame or fault you for having frustrations over this. I would be in the same frame of mind if the shoe was on the other foot. I'm glad to see faith is going to outweigh the bad thoughts..that in time will make it better for you. Still wish one of us could hit a magic button and change it. Outside of that please continue on the path you are on I think you are perfectly human to be upset just hope the bad thoughts subside and the healing can begin for all of you.

There is a law in place under aggravated battery that is a felony I believe and it states that the actions of one caused death or bodily injury of another. It further states that said actions may have occurred without intent to injure or kill but it is still a felony. Regardless its not my place to process a criminal case nor is it my place to judge or convict him or anyone who supplied him and that crowd with alcohol or drugs. There is also something under a dui law that is more intense of death occurs but the fact still remains that in the end result no amount of sentencing that occurs... it won't make any of you feel better. You may think it will but at some point you will see it does not. I am sure he will at some point of not already take accountability for his actions and I am betting it causes him to be a bitter person, possibly suicidal as I know if I caused something like this I simply would not want to live. I would pray for someone to put me out of my misery. I know that sounds cold but just trying to think how I would feel if I was in his shoes as well. The people that lost a friend, family member deserve the right to feel the way they do but I hope no one takes matters into their own hands as it would be easy to over react and cause more damage to an already tragic situation. I'm not the smartest person on the planet but I do know the situation is bad enough without it getting any worse. I am certain the prosecutor will do the best they can as it seems like they live to put someone through the mill in court. Believe me when I say that trial will not be easy on him but it also won't be easy on any of you and those lawyers... well they are vicious. I wish all of you the best and please don't take me to be shallow in my replies or thoughts as I do understand the situation would be stressful and painful but I also know the court system is more of a pain than the initial crime or in this case deaths that occurred. Bless you all and may time heal these wounds for all involved.
