I can't believe that they let this fool out to live as a transient with no address for the police to check on him. He raped a child and now lives in the brush. WTF!

because he doesn't have any address for the cops to check on him. where are the cops going to find this freak to do their monthly 290 check? In the bushes? meganslaw is great but alot of sex offenders addresses aren't posted.
