You can try this one.
2 cups homemade baking mix

1/2 cup yellow cornmeal

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 cup buttermilk

2 large eggs, beaten well

3/4 cups frozen corn kernels, thawed

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Hope that Helps Imnotthe1.

Did you cook the meatloaf,Wabbit? I really don't like it so I guess that is why I never learned to fix it. Mine fell apart unless I use oats and then I don't like the taste. What is your secret for that?

JEM... you may wanna try mixing an egg & using regular old bread instead of store bought bread crumbs if you ever attempt to make meatloaf again. Thanks, Wabbit... Im gonna try to make it again tonight.:)

Sounds good Pete-When I worked days and he was on nights -frozen dinners were served when OT was the rule.
He has to make the cornbread, too because mine is crumbly a lot of the times.

We are having steak and baked potatoes. We were going to have cheeseburger and french fries but he went to town and bought steaks and porkchops and I would rather freeze the other two since we are going out tomorrow. I don't like to take a chance on letting it spoil but it doesn't taste as good after you freeze it.
